Feb. 8 - 11 - (Mon - Thurs) Branson Fest Outwest - Mesquite, Nevada

Departure TBD, $325 per person double occupancy - Three live Branson shows, Clay Cooper, the Duttons, and the Branson Brothers, will be performing at the Casa Blanca Resort in Mesquite. The Dutton family, will delight with three generations of performers and a wide array of musical genres. Clay Cooper takes the stage with his warm personality and a voice that can handle all styles of country music, from the old-time classics to present-day hits. The final evening, will feature the Branson Brothers, Branson's premiere vocal group, with their diverse style, including wonderful harmony on contemporary and classic country favorites, foot-stomping gospel, and stirring ballads. Package includes three nights' accommodations, three Shows, two additional matinees by senior performers, and more activities.

Mar. 24 - (Wed) Payson Fossil Creek Llama Ranch and Zane Grays' Cabin

Departs approx. 10 AM - $75 per person - This all day tour will take us north into Payson and Pine. First stop will be the Fossil Creek Llama Ranch where we will learn about the care and benefits of alpacas, visit the farm and see demonstrations of how they make their famous goat cheese and fudge. Lunch will be served on the patio (included). After the ranch we'll tour Zane Grey's Cabin before heading back to Fountain Hills.

ALL COSTS ARE PER PERSON AND INCLUDE TICKETS, ROUND TRIP TRANSPORTATION, DRIVER, AND ESCORT. All event tickets are distributed upon boarding the motorcoach the night of the event. Overnight trips will have documents delivered in advance. BE SURE to mark your calendars with dates and times. It is the client's responsibility to be at the designated meeting point on time for all departures.

Responsibility: AZ Trails Travel is responsible for supplying services and accommodations as advertised. As to all services and accommodations furnished by outside suppliers, AZ Trails Travel expressly disclaims all responsibility or liability over any matter whatsoever occurring during the tour or otherwise. The operator and/or its agents accept no responsibility for losses and accidental expenses due to changes in schedules, sickness, weather, strikes, riots, war, terrorism, quarantine, or other causes. All such losses or expenses will be borne by the passengers. AZ Trails Travel reserves the right to decline or return passengers for behavior deemed inappropriate by the tour conductor. AZ Trails Travel reserves the right to alter the tour if required for reasons of safety, weather, traffic conditions or other reasons as deemed necessary.

Cancellations: A 30 day cancellation policy applies to all events/tours. Prior to 30 days a full refund will be made less a $25 service fee. Within 30 days no refunds will be made. Full refunds will be made by the company for events/tours cancelled by the operator for any reason. After non-refundable payments are made to suppliers by AZ Trails Travel, that portion of the fee will not be refunded to any customer for any reason.
