Then travel northeast to view two of the most famous National Monuments and inspiring sights Arizona has to offer next to the Grand Canyon:

- Drive down and visit Canyon de Chelly National Monument (the canyon walls show the colorful hues of sandstone above, while the canyon floor is green and fertile.
