Now you can have rest and relaxation by booking your bed & breakfast reservation through Arizona Trails and earn rewards at the same time. With every third reservation you make you will earn discount dollars and rewards toward your next bed & breakfast visit at any of our approved properties. Your name will also be entered into our annual drawing to reward one lucky, loyal customer with a free one-night stay for two at one of our selected bed & breakfast properties – a value worth up to $250.

It’s this easy – just call Arizona Trails Bed & Breakfast Reservation Service every time you want to visit any of our approved B&Bs, inns, guest ranches or guesthouse properties. Whether this is a first time visit or a repeat visit, be sure you book it through the service. Our computerized reservation system will track the number of reservations you make so all the accounting is done by us; you have nothing to keep track of.

• After six reservations – receive a free Travel Arizona guidebook published by Arizona Highways – a $15.00 value (includes tax, shipping and handling)

• After nine reservations – receive 10% off the room rate of your tenth stay

• After twelve reservations – receive 15% off the room rate of your thirteenth stay

• After every three reservations, your name will be entered into our annual loyalty rewards drawing. On December 31, 1999 we will select one customer to receive a free one-night stay for two at one of our selected B&Bs - a value worth up to $250.00

1. Reservations must be made in the name of at least one person who will be occupying a room during the visit.
2. Discount dollars are accumulated based on the number of individual reservations made with Arizona Trails Services and not multiple rooms or multiple room nights during the same visit.
3. Reservations made since January 1, 1999 will count toward customer discount points.
4. Hotel stays and group reservations do not qualify for discounted stays or toward accumulating discount dollars.
5. Discounts apply to the published rack rate for each individual property and are not valid with other special offers or discounts including AAA or AARP.
6. Discounts do not apply to sales & bed tax or any other charges accumulated during the visit. All applicable taxes and additional charges are the sole responsibility of the guest.
7. All reservations are based on room availability at the time of reservation.
8. Arizona Trails Services has the right to terminate this program without notice. Reservations made after the date of termination will not be valid for drawing or discounts.
9. Free night’s stay will be restricted based on availability and is not valid on holidays or holiday weekends including Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, Labor Day, Fourth of July or President’s Day. Where the property requires a two-night minimum the winner will be responsible for the second nights paid accommodations.
